Scuffle At Tolland Gas Station Leads To Arrest

TOLLAND, CT — A public scuffle outside a gas station in Tolland left a Florida man with a trio of criminal charges, state police said.

The incident took place at 3:30 p.m. on April 16, state police said. State police were dispatched to the Citgo station off of Exit 68 on Interstate 84 for an active disturbance.

A 21-year-old Miami man wound up being charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach peace and third-degree assault, according to an arrest report.

A 22-year-old adult and a 10-year-old child were also involved in the incident, according to an arrest report.
