Several Emergency Calls Lead to DUI Arrest in Tolland: Report
State police were alerted to a pickup all over the highway, according to a report.
TOLLAND, CT — A Massachusetts man created quite a stir over the weekend before he was pulled over for drunken driving on Interstate-84 over the weekend.
At 7:45 p.m. on Dec. 23, state police received numerous calls about a white pickup truck swerving all over the eastbound lanes of Interstate-84, according to an arrest report. A trooper then observed the same thing and pulled over Edwin Guinanzaca, 33, of Worcester, MA, near Exit 68, according to an arrest report.
His speech was slurred and his eyes were watery when a trooper began to question him and he failed a sobriety test, according to an arrest report.

Guinanzaca was charged with drinking while operating a motor vehicle, driving under the influence and lane and license violations, according to an arrest report.
He is due in court on Jan. 3, according to an arrest report.
