Snow Forces Numerous Postponements in High School Hoops and Hockey

Saturday morning's snowfall left many roadways a mess in northern and central Connecticut, and forced school officials to postpone a number of scheduled contests involving high school basketball and ice hockey teams from Hartford and Tolland counties.

The postponed games and makeup dates are:

BOYS BASKETBALL

• E.O. Smith at Bristol Central, TBA
• Rockville at Bristol Eastern, TBA
• Tolland at Rocky Hill, Wednesday 12/21, 6:45 p.m.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

• Berlin at Enfield, Tuesday 12/20, 6:45 p.m.
• Rocky Hill at E.O. Smith, TBA

BOYS ICE HOCKEY

• East Catholic at Farmington Valley, Monday 12/19, 3 p.m.
• Enfield-East Granby-Stafford at Westhill-Stamford, TBA
• Housatonic-Northwestern at Tri-Town, TBA
