State Tournaments: Enfield, Ellington, Tolland, Rockville, Suffield Advance

State tournament action got underway Monday for girls soccer and girls volleyball, and seven teams from the north-central Connecticut area are moving onto the second round.

Enfield, Ellington and Tolland all won their opening round soccer matches, with Suffield drawing a bye. In girls volleyball, Tolland and Rockville were victorious, with Ellington earning a bye.
