State Troopers Arrest Passed-Out Driver On Tolland On-Ramp
A driver was found passed out while attempting to get on I-84 in Tolland, state police said.
TOLLAND, CT — A North Carolina man was charged with drunken driving after state police found him passed out on a highway on-ramp, according to an arrest report.
The incident occurred at 1:10 p.m. on Sept. 10.
State police received cals about the driver and, when they went to investigate, found the 65-year-old from Rockingham, NC, slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle, which was on the shoulder, according to an arrest report.

The man failed field sobriety tests and was arrested, state police said.
