CHILDREN’S CLASS
Art Week Fun! Ages 7 – 13
This class will introduce a variety of media and techniques including drawing, pastel painting, watercolors and acrylics. Children will have the opportunity to work from observation and to explore their own unique spirit. It’s amazing to see what kids can achieve when given the freedom to express themselves creatively! The class will culminate with an exhibit and discussion for students and their families.

Children should bring a healthy snack and a bottle of water.
Instructor Elizabeth Krall is a certified Zentangle teacher who received her BA from Trinity College and her M.A.L.S. with a concentration in studio arts from Wesleyan. Her work has been shown in galleries throughout Connecticut.

ADULT CLASS
Painting with Acrylics – Weeklong Intensive Class
This class will introduce the many ways acrylic paint can be used to create unique and expressive paintings. The course will cover color theory, composition, and the use of acrylic mediums to manipulate the paint. The goal of the class will be to expand each student’s repertoire whether they are a beginner or intermediate level painter.
Instructor Elizabeth Krall has exhibited in galleries throughout Connecticut and in New York City. She has a Master’s Degree from Wesleyan in Studio Arts, is a Certified Zentangle Instructor and is an alum of Lyme Academy of Art.
Dates: June 19 – 22
Time: Mon. – Thurs. 9am – 1pm

Register early as there is a class minimum of five students and a maximum of twelve.
