Teen Implicated in Car Thefts in Tolland, Ellington
He is being held on separate bonds, according to judicual system records.

ELLINGTON/ TOLLAND, CT — A Hartford teen has been charged with stealing cars and the contents of cars in two north central Connecticut towns, state police said.
Luis Rodriguez, 19, who lives at 162 Bushnell St., Hartford, has been charged with third-degree larceny in one case and with first-degree larceny, third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny in another, state police said.
He was arrested at 6:30 a.m. in Feb. 1, appeared in Rockville Superior Court later that day and is due back on Feb. 14, according to judicial systems records. He is being held on separate bonds of $10,000 according to court records.

The the thefts involving cars took place on Standish Road, Abbott Road and Field Drive in Ellington and on Sugar Hill Road in Tolland, state police said.
