Tolland Brokering Business Park Parcel Sale

TOLLAND, CT — The town's planning staff is coordinating the potential sale of Lot 10 in the Tolland Business Park.

That's 97 Gerber Drive and the parcel is town-owned, officials said. A potential sale price has not been disclosed.

The Star Hill sports bubble is at 100 Gerber Drive.

Prior to the potential sale, the town has retained the services of a licensed forester to conduct a selective harvest of the site, which will generate $7,500 in revenue for the town, officials said.

A selective harvest means that the property is not clear-cut, officials said. A "scattered overstory" will remain, officials said.
