Tolland DPW staffers attended another funeral of an unrepresented resident Thursday.

TOLLAND, CT — Tolland Department of Public Works staffers Thursday kept up a tradition of not leaving their neighbors without a final testament.
Eleanor Rudolph recently died and her burial was scheduled for Thursday at the South Cemetery (also known as Cider Mill).
Mrs. Rudolph was 95 and a Tolland resident. She did not have any next-of-kin, family or friends to attend, Tolland Town Manager Brian Foley said.
