Yes - appointed to Tolland Town Council.
Now we'd like to ask a few questions about your reasons for running and your general views on politics and government. First, why are you seeking this office?
As a parent with 4 children in the school system, I want to make sure that we have transparency surrounding our budget, curriculum, and students. I want to make sure we are looking at the data to help improve our academic performance in core subject areas for all students.

Transparency. I intend to work with all 8 other members to make sure this BOE is as transparent as possible.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I know a number of the candidates, from both parties, personally. I think they are great people and want what’s best for our kids. As a baseball coach of our towns little league, I have first hand experience dealing with my children and some of yours. I am personally invested in many of Tolland’s children with the amount of time spent with them on the baseball fields.
