Tolland Fire Calls Up This Year From Same Point In 2021
The August fire department statistics have been posted.
TOLLAND, CT — Calls involving the Tolland Fire Department were down for July but up for the year in total.
The statistics for August 2022 were released Thursday.

- Fire: 33
- Medical: 167
- Haz-Mat: 7
- Service calls: 13
- I-84: 6
The calls were down 50 from July of last year, fire officials said.
The TFD also responded to 39 mutual aid calls for the month, bringing the 2022 total to 379.

The 1,643 calls so far this year represent an increase of 96 from the same period in 2021, fire officials said.
