Tolland Girl Gets Part on Bravo Show 'Odd Mom Out'
Jordan Demeusy balances school, lacrosse, modeling and now TV and her Bravo debut is Wednesday.
TOLLAND, CT — She has a pretty good shot from about 8 meters on the lacrosse field. You may have seen her modeling clothing in the Justice catalog or a toy or two in a Toys-R-Us display.
She has been in commercials.
Now Tolland’s Jordan Demeusy has scored a gig on the Bravo TV Show “Odd Mom Out.”

Season 3 of the Bravo show kicks off on Wednesday at 10 p.m.
Odd Mom Out is the brainchild of Jill Kargman, who authored the book “Momzillas," about the wealthy mom club that is indigenous to Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

She not only created the series, but stars in it as Jill Weber who is a sort of societal hamburger surrounded by plates of filet mignon — a fictional reality check that is arguably autobiographical.
Jordan plays Shipley Von Weber, a calm and cool child living amid the confusion, panic and cluelessness that follows when the speedway to obscene wealth hits a speed bump fabricated by a Bernie Madoff wannabe.
Without giving anything away, she has some of the funniest facial expressions in a show known for its facial expressions.
“It was pretty fun,” Jordan said about doing the show. “It’s a lot of work, balancing school and the filming, but worth it.”
In a way, Jordan is just a cool 12-year-old heading into the seventh grade. She swims, she plays lacrosse in Tolland’s youth program and is a good student.
But she also has a pretty unique career path as a young actress and model. She has been featured in ads, on commercials and has seen herself on boxes and in catalogs when shopping.
Her modeling appearances have included Christmas Tree Shops, Party City, Matilda Jane, Scholastic, Toys-R-Us and Justice.
Odd Mom Out is a new experience. It’s a touch real (filmed in various location around New York City), quite funny and can even make one do a double-take (some vocabulary words force that 10 p.m. air time).
Jordan said she has relished the opportunity and, yes, she and other young castmates have been approached by excited tourists. She has nearly 600 followers on Instagram.
When asked if she stood next to boxes in which she is featured at stores, she just laughed and shrugged with the same look featured on Odd Mom Out.
The glamour of it all is often replaced by juggling academic and modeling or acting requirements while on location and what her parents Tiffani and David describe as almost dropping everything at a moment’s notice to get to a job when the reps from New York-based Take 3 call.
Summers are a little easier. Right now, Jordan will be balancing lacrosse and summer reading while waiting for her next call.
So … will she watch Odd Mom Out on Wednesday?
“Her parts probably … maybe not the parts with certain words,” Tiffani said.
“Oh I have heard the words before,” said.
Either way, it will be an exciting night in the Demeusy house.
