Tolland Greater Together Advisory Committee Seeking Members

TOLLAND, CT — The Tolland Greater Together Advisory Committee is actively seeking new members.

Members must be a Tolland resident 14 or older with "a desire to make a difference in Tolland."

Tolland Greater Together Community Advisory Committee helps determine the best ways to use the $150,000 grant that was received from the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, $75,000 of which is available for grant making. The Committee;s charge is to identify, evaluate, and manage grants that offer the greatest impact for the benefit of Tolland residents.

The fund has already made seven grants and will be embarking on a new round of grants on Aug. 18.
