Tolland High School presents "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat"

The Tolland High School Drama Club will present "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber on Friday and Saturday, March 11 and 12 at 7 p.m. in the Tolland High School Auditorium.  The show is the first collaboration for the team of Rice and Lloyd Webber, starting its life as a 15-minute pop cantata before being developed into a fully-staged operetta, where almost every line of dialogue is sung.  The show tells the biblical story of Joseph and how his ability to interpret dreams affects his life and the life of his family.  It is a family-friendly show, filled with ever-changing musical genres and non-stop movement.
