Tolland Library Has a New Director

TOLLAND, CT — Tolland has a new head librarian.

The tentative start date for new director of library services MaryAnne Pelletier April 1.

Pelletier has been the library director in West Brookfield, MA, since 2017, Tolland Town Manager Brian Foley said.

The search committee consisted of Foley, Mike Wilkinson and representatives from the Tolland Library Foundation, the Library Advisory Board and the Friends of the Tolland Library.

Multiple initial applicants were interviewed on two separate occasions and several finalists emerged, Foley said.
