TOLLAND, CT — A Tolland man is accused of going on a spending spree after stealing his grandmother's debit card, state police said.
Christopher Flanagan, 35, of Mountain Spring Road, Tolland, was to appear in court on Tuesday to answer charges that include:
- Third-degree larceny

State police were contacted by an 83-year-old Tolland resident in November because she could not find her Key Bank-issued debit card, according to an arrest warrant. Bank officials then called her to the branch in Vernon to examine some security footage and she identified the suspect as her grandson — Flanagan — making fraudulent withdrawals.
