TOLLAND, CT — Home sales in Tolland during March 2026 showed a steady market centered mostly on single-family houses, according to Zillow listings. Most sale prices fell between the mid-$300,000s and mid-$500,000s, with a smaller number of higher-priced transactions recorded during the month.

At the top of the market, 24 Bonair Hill Road sold for $741,950 earlier in March, making it the highest-priced sale listed in the data provided. Another high-end transaction followed at 27 Amanda Way, which sold for $715,000 on March 30. Zillow listings also showed 54 Woodside Drive selling for $530,000, placing it near the upper end of the month's activity.

Mid-range sales accounted for much of the market in March. Among those transactions, 15 Elm Road sold for $445,000, while 55 Kendall Mountain Road closed at $421,000 on March 20. Two more homes, 102 Robin Circle and 79 Mile Hill Road, each sold for $405,000 in mid-March, according to the listings.

Another sale in that same general range was recorded at 37 Dunn Hill Road, which brought $389,000 on March 16. The pattern across the month suggests that many buyers in Tolland were purchasing homes priced well below the top sales but above the lower end of the market. The sales data described a market where activity remained concentrated in a relatively narrow band compared with the handful of standout transactions.

Lower-priced sales appeared less often in the March figures. Zillow's data showed 30 Arnold Drive selling for $358,097 on March 13, representing the lower end of the typical single-family home transactions captured for the month.

Taken together, the March sales offer a snapshot of a local housing market that remained active across several price points, though most deals landed in the middle of the range.
