Tolland Mom Throws Suport At Addiction Bills

TOLLAND, CT - While 22-year-old Justice Croutch in a New Hampshire nursing home, courtesy of drug addiction, her mom, Jennifer Kelly has vowed to work with U.S. Rep. Joe Courtney to support legislation that fights addiction

Courtney, D-2nd District, says Congress is moving on a series of bills that have passed the House and are awaiting Senate approval, and President Barack Obama has set aside $1.1 billion in funding in the proposed 2017 federal budget for preventive measures and treatment beds.
