Tolland Moves Up in Weekly Baseball Poll

The Eagles have won 11 of their first 12 outings this season.

TOLLAND, CT — Amity Regional High School was again a unanimous choice as the state's scholastic baseball team during the most recent weekly balloting, as compiled by GameTimeCT.com.

The Spartans topped the ballots from all 10 voters, who submitted their picks prior to Monday's games (Amity suffered its first loss of the season after the votes had been tabulated).

Tolland (11-1) jumped three spots from 10th to seventh in the most recent rankings.
