Jean T. (Tardette) Hill, of South Windsor, was called to eternal life at the Woodlake at Tolland on Thursday, January 18th 2018 surrounded by her devoted and loving family.
Left to honor and cherish her memory are her children, Kevin Hill, Colleen DiFiore and her husband Don, Kathleen Maura, and Laura Czelazewicz and her husband Steven. Jean was predeceased by her husband Keith, son David, and grandson Joey. Jean also leaves many adored grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She also leaves many beloved nieces, nephews, close friends, and her rescue pup Samantha.
Jean's family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Woodlake at Tolland for their kindness and TLC.

In honoring Jean's request, services and burial will be private. Friends are welcome to join the family for a Mass of Christian burial on Tuesday, January 23rd, at St. Francis of Assisi Church , 673 Ellington Rd., South Windsor, at 12:00 pm.
