
Linda H. Niederwerfer, 72, of Tolland, died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Rockville Hospital.
She was born in Rockville to the late Herbert and Gwendolyn (Strong) Niederwerfer. She retired from ADP after many years of service. She was a member of Union Church, Rockville, Vernon Grange No. 52, P of H, and Capt. Noah Grant Chapter, DAR. As a 4-H member she received awards for baking, clothing, canning, freezing, flowers, vegetables and swine. She enjoyed gardening, crafts and reading.
She leaves a brother Karl M. Niederwerfer and his wife Sue of Pendleton, OR; four nieces, Amy, Bonnie, Joy and Kay; three nephews, Roy, Guy and Mark and many grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Richard E. Niederwerfer and his wife Esparanza.

Relatives and friends may call at the Ladd Funeral Home, 19 Ellington Ave., Rockville, on Monday, October 26, 2015 from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Vernon Center.
