Nicholas "Nick" Thurston, 26, of Louisville, KY and formerly of Tolland, beloved son of James and Bridget (Marouski) Thurston of Tolland, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016.
Born in Hartford, he grew up and lived in Tolland before moving to Louisville, KY over three years ago. He was a graduate of Tolland High School, Class of 2007, and was a communicant of St. Matthew Church in Tolland. He was a store manager for Speedway in Louisville.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two brothers, Benjamin Thurston and his wife Jessie of Wareham, MA, and Matthew Thurston of Tolland; his grandparents, Lynn Burns, Robert Marouski and Chris Clark; his family in Kentucky, his uncle, Rick and Hope Thurston and their children, Chris, Brittany and Brittany's son, Julian, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of his family.
