Tolland Officials: Keep Trash/Recycling In Bins At the Curb
Tolland officials are urging residents to keep trash and recycling in the proper bins at the curb.
TOLLAND, CT — Some trash disposal habits are causing haulers to leave their vehicles in Tolland in violation of coronavirus social distancing recommendations and towns officials are asking that it be corrected.
"Please place everything inside your trash and recycling totes," town officials said in an e-mail blast to residents on Wednesday.
Town officials said Willimantic Waste is requesting its drivers to stay in their trucks and "not necessarily handle the trash or recyclables."
