A player named "Jeannine S," of Ashford, on Wednesday went to the Tolland Xtra Mart at 153 Hartford Turnpike to cash in a ticket with $20,000.

Jeannine played the 20X Cash 9th Edition game. The $20,000 win represents thew top prize in the game. It costs $20 to play.
