To those residents who have applied for the Heating Assistance Program through the Tolland Human Services Office: if you heat your home with oil, please check your fuel tank and notify the Human Services Department (860-871-3648) if you are at or below a quarter tank of fuel. If you have less than an eighth of a tank of oil, please inform us.
