Town Of Tolland: Town Sponsored Metal/Bulky Waste Pick-Up Scheduled For October

Town sponsored metal/bulky waste pick-up will be picked up at no charge during the first full week of October (week of October 7th). RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 1, 2024.

To schedule your pick-up, please call (860) 423-4527 or go to www.williwaste.com and click on “Bulk Pickup” and drop down for “Tolland Bulky Waste Collection” in the tabs at the top of the page. Please remember, you must schedule your pick up by October 1, 2024. For a complete list of acceptable items please visit us on the web at https://www.tollandct.gov/trash-recycling.

Homeowners are asked to place bulky waste items at the curb as close to the date of the scheduled pick-up as possible. Oil pick-up at curbside has been eliminated due to environmental concerns. Some auto parts businesses take used motor oil for a small fee such as Bill’s Auto Parts.
