TOLLAND, CT — Tracy Beauchamp, 40, of Vernon, was charged with illegally using another to bypass an ignition device after an incident at a Tolland business.

WILLINGTON, CT — Robert Wells, 49, of Willington, was charged with failure to comply with fingerprint requirements, interfering with police and disorderly conduct following an altercation on Village Street.

April 2

WILLINGTON, CT — Tong Wu, 22, of Willington, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Burt Latham Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Isaac Sanfratello, 39, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct via a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — Joseph Bryan, 46, of Tolland, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault after an altercation on Mile Hill Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Catherine Bradway, 53, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Trolley Crossing.

STAFFORD, CT — Robert Hills, 41, of Middletown, was charged with driving under the influence after an incident at the Sara Mart on West Stafford Road.

VERNON, CT — Robert Cho, 31, of South Windsor, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after a stop on Reservoir Road in Vernon.

STAFFORD, CT — Jeffrey Spak, 64, of Stafford, was charged with with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an altercation on Park Street.
