ASHFORD, CT — Dakota Smith, 22, of Durango, CO, was charged with first-degree threatening for an incident that caused an evacuation, according to a report. He was involved in a disturbance at the Extra-Mart at 44 Squaw Hollow Road 9:11 p.m., according to a report.

TOLLAND, CT — Peter Bedlack, 48, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct on a warrant, state polie said. His charged stemmed from a July 27 incident, according to a warrant.

STAFFORD, CT — Enfield resident Elyse Gonzalez, 33, was charged with cruelty to animals for an incident in Stafford, according to a report. The cases dates back to June, when a dog was rescued from traffic by passing motorists on Racker Road, accordng to a warrant. The dog was traced to to a Pennsylvania resident via a chip, who then said he gave the dog to her, according to a warrant.

Aug. 18

STAFFORD, CT — David Parker, 51, of Stafford, was charged with vioating a protective order at 9:50 a.m., according to a report. He was found to be livcing with a womanwho holds a protective order against him, according to a report.
