STAFFORD, CT — Anthony Rodriguez, 28, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny following a theft at Subway.

Feb. 8

WILLINGTON, CT — Arnold Farkas, 35,. of Willington, was charged with failure to appear in court on charges related to a motor vehicle crash arrest in October.

WILLINGTON, CT — Leonid Vinogradov, 65, of Willington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with police and first-degree threatening after an incident on Blair Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Joshua Bassett, 36, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct following an altercation on Hampden Road.
