Troop C Log: The Latest Area Arrests Made By Connecticut State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Jan. 29

VERNON, CT — April Reitman, 66, of Glastonbury, was charged with driving under the influence, following too closely, interfering with police, criminal attempt at escape from custody, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault after an altercation at the Reservoir Road/I-84 Interchange.

Jan. 30

STAFFORD, CT — Stephen Riley, 65, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance on East St. In a separate arrest, he was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation.

Jan. 31

UNION, CT — Kevin LaFlamme, 33, of Stafford, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order after an incident on Buckley Highway.

Feb. 1

MANCHESTER, CT — Leonardo Melendez, 36, of Ozone Park, NY, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation and driving without a license after a stop on I-84. He was also charged with failure to appear in court via a warrant.

Feb. 2

STAFFORD, CT — Nicole Mari Mitchell, 32, of Stafford, was charged with violation of a protective order via a warrant.

Feb. 4

WILLINGTON, CT — Oshane Blackwood, 19, of East Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, unsafe passing, a no passing zone violation, a lane violation, a traffic control signal violation and first-degree reckless endangerment following a police pursuit that ended with a crash in Willington.
