Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests From Connecticut State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Jan. 15

TOLLAND, CT — Thomas Balanceau, 43, of Stafford, was charged with driving under suspension.

ELLINGTON, CT — Jesse Paul, 32, of Ellington, was charged via a warrant with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Jan. 17

MANSFIELD, CT — Jacob Robert Neff, 25, of Coventry, was charged with illegal use of a facsimile firearm, first-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, first-degree breach of peace, criminal possession of a firearm and first-degree threatening in connection with two incidents on Storrs Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Ashley Crouse, 32, of Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order after an altercation on Minor Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Emil Herrera, 36, of Tolland, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after she was involved in an altercation at a Hartford Turnpike residence.

Jan. 20

ELLINGTON, CT — Tyler Coles, 32, of Ellington, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct after an incident at a home in Ellington.

ELLINGTON, CT — Jennifer Civitella, 39, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence and unsafe backing after a crash in the Five Corners Roundabout.

Jan. 21

TOLLAND, CT — Bojan Sakotic, 39, of Tolland, was charged with a lane violation, driving an unregistered vehicle, and driving under the influence following a crash on Interstate 84.
