MANSFIELD, CT — Brenda Rivera, 52, of Bridgeport, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while under suspension, driving without a license and driving without minimum insurance after state police received a report about a driver asleep in a McDonald's drive-through lane.

ELLINGTON, CT — Christopher Kennedy, 55, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Somers Road.

March 1

ELLINGTON, CT — Tyler Minor, 28, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after state police responded to reports of a fight on Standish Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Duane Felmeten, 53, of Greenville, NC, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct following an altercation on Ruby Road.

March 2

VERNON, CT — Joshua Edwards, 24, of Bloomfield, was charged with several motor vehicle violations, along with failure to keep narcotics in their original container, the sale of a narcotic substance and possession of a controlled substance, following a traffic stop on Reservoir Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Sarita Jones, 48, of New Britain, was charged with driving under the influence, along with lane and insurance violations after state police located a vehicle parked in the center of Route 74.

March 4

ELLINGTON, CT — Samuel Dombek, 19, of Ellington, was charged with DUI with a blood alcohol content of .02 while younger than 21 and traveling too fast for conditions after a crash on Pinney Street.
