VERNON, CT — Michael Montero De La Cruz, 34, of Tolland, was charged with reckless driving, passing in a no passing zone, a lane violation, a traffic signal violation, driving without a license and interfering after an incident on an Interstate 84 exit 67 ramp.

ELLINGTON, CT — Casey Spears, 52, of Manchester, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace related to an incident at Big Y.
WILLINGTON, CT — Micah Macnaughton, 39, of Eastford, was charged with driving under the influence and driving while under suspension after state police located a man passed out in a pickup truck on Turnpike Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Jessie Marie Blesso, 44, of Middletown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, the use of drug paraphernalia, failure to keep narcotics in their original container, driving while under suspension, failure to carry minimum insurance, failure to display plates, improper use of a marker and driving an unregistered vehicle and Eduardo Parilla, 57, of Storrs, was charged with failure to keep narcotics in their original container after a traffic stop on Stafford Road.
TOLLAND, CT —Rock Labelle, 35, of Tolland, was charged with illegal sexual contact with a victim younger than 16 on a warrant.

MANSFIELD, CT —Luis Ortiz, 39, of Windham, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, driving under the influence and driving while under suspension and Ashley Rivers, 36, of Windham was charged with possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Storrs Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Travis French, 33, of Willington, was charged after an incident on River Road with risk of injury to a child, interfering, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening and first-degree unlawful restraint.
March 25
VERNON, CT — David Daniel Vega, 21, of Manchester, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, driving an unregistered vehicle, the improper use of a marker, interfering and second-degree reckless endangerment after state police observed a vehicle traveling at better than 130 mph on Interstate-84.
TOLLAND, CT — Tejal Shah, 43, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation following a stop on Wonderview Drive.
TOLLAND, CT — David Springer, 25, of Somers, was charged with illegally carrying a firearm while driving under the influence, DUI and a lane violation following a stop on Crystal Lake Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Following a disturbance at a Prospect Street residence, Seth Lepak, 37, of Somers, was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
STAFFORD, CT — Aaron Hramiak, 49, was charged with second-degree larceny-embezzling from a disabled person as part of a rent fraud investigation initiated by the Stafford Housing Authority.
