March 26

ELLINGTON, CT — Logan Santy, 20, of East Granby, was charged via a warrant with failure to wear a safety belt, driving to endanger an occupant, driving under the influence, a lane violation and possession of alcohol by a minor.

ELLINGTON, CT — Sem Mazariegos, 24, of Springfield, MA, was charged with improper use of plates and the theft of plates as part of a stolen plate investigation.

March 27

TOLLAND, CT — Nelson Morales, 54, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace in connection with an incident on Fox Ridge Lane.

TOLLAND, CT — Jesus Enrique Johansen, 40, of Windham, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to carry the minimum insurance and driving while under suspension via a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Myasia Davis, 24, of Waterbury, was charged with failure to drive upon right and driving under the influence after a crash at the Johnny Appleseed apartment complex.

WILLINGTON, CT — Gabriel Valentin, 44, of Portsmouth, NH, was charged with fourth-degree larceny via a warrant.

March 30

TOLLAND, CT — Tyler Von Armstrong, 29, of East Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to carry minimum insurance after a speeding stop on Interstate 84.

March 31

TOLLAND, CT — Michelle Cooney, 64, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane after a traffic stop on Tolland Stage Road.
