TOLLAND, CT β Christian Reyes, 37, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree larceny and third-degree burglary on a warrant for a March 27 incident at a local business.
MANSFIELD, CT β Kendrych Rosario, 24, of Windham, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, falsifying a marker plate, failure to carry the proper insurance, driving while under suspension, traveling too fast for conditions, driving under the influence and a lane violation in connection with a crash on Mansfield City Road.

July 30
ELLINGTON, CT β Nina Caron, 37, of Ellington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct related to a disturbance on Abbott Road.
TOLLAND, CT β Scott Laliberte, 54, of Uxbridge, MA, was charged via a warrant with reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, disobeying the signal of an officer, evading responsibility, failure to maintain the proper lane, interfering with police, assault on a public safety officer and first-degree reckless endangerment.
Aug. 3
ELLINGTON, CT β Tanner Flori, 20, of Tolland, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny and second-degree threatening via a warrant.
Aug. 4
TOLLAND, CT β Gloryann Lopez, 44, of Hartford, was charged with driving at too slow a speed, driving while under suspension, driving under the influence and improper operation of a motor-driven cycle, along with insurance and registration violations after a moped incident on Interstate 84.
