Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests Made By Connecticut State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Aug. 27

TOLLAND, CT — Ryan Pettengill, 39, of South Windsor, was charged via a warrant with failure to refund on a home improvement contract.

SOMERS, CT — Anthony Molina,-Vallejo, 27, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 28

TOLLAND, CT — Adrien Figueroa, 18, of Manchester, was charged with illegal racing on a highway, reckless driving, and second-degree reckless endangerment in connection with a July crash near Exit 69 eastbound on Interstate 84 in Tolland.

Aug. 29

MANSFIELD, CT — Dorian Carmichael, 44, of South Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to carry a license and a lane violation following a stop near the intersection of routes 44 and 32.

ELLINGTON, CT — Heather Conaci 38, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct following a local disturbance.

Aug. 30

WILLINGTON, CT — Zachary Scelfo, 41, of Willington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, after an instance of property destruction at a home in Clint Eldridge Road.

Aug. 31

WILLINGTON, CT — Todd Burdick, 53, of Sherman, ME, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, the sale of narcotics, conspiracy to sell narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, following too closely, a lane violation and driving under the influence after a stop at the Interstate 84 westbound rest area.

WILLINGTON, CT — John Grabowski, 29, of Hebron, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault after an incident on Cisar Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Jacinta Kadima, 37, of Stafford, was charged after a stop on Diamond Ledge Road with driving under the influence, a lane violation and driving while under suspension.

ELLINGTON, CT — Jomar Campos was charged with second-degree burglary after an incident on Sadds Mill Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Joshua Jamaitus, 28, of Coventry, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on Tolland Stage Road.

Sept. 1

WILLINGTON, CT — Brian Orzenne, 23, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence after an incident on River Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Gabrielle Calfe, 20, of Mansfield, was charged with DUI with a blood alcohol level of .02 or more while younger than 21 and a lane violation after a stop on Middle Turnpike.

MANSFIELD, CT — Kurt O'Brien, 38, of Coventry, was charged with a seat belt violation, driving under the influence, a lane violation and driving while under suspension following a stop on Stafford Road.

Sept. 2

ELLINGTON, CT — Following an incident on West Road, Carly Chavez, 28, of Vernon, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
