Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests Made By Connecticut State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Sept. 9

ELLINGTON, CT — Herman Cotto, 34, of Ellington, was charged with a no-passing zone violation, operating a motor vehicle to harass or intimidate and second-degree breach after a road rage incident.

VERNON, CT — Dominick Sadler, 20, of Harwinton, was charged with DUI with a blood alcohol level of .02 or greater while younger than 21 and a lane violation in connection with a crash on Interstate 84.

VERNON, CT — Cyril Webb, 53, of East Hartford, was charged with interfering after an incident on Interstate 84.

Sept. 10

TOLLAND, CT — Aidan Darcy, 25, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with police, disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint after an investigation on Grant Hill Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Jay Stewart, 65, of Rockingham, NC, was charged with driving under the influence after state police received reports of a man slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle on an I-84 ramp.

WILLINGTON, CT — Gagan Khandate, 31, of New York City, was charged with reckless driving after being clocked at 110 mph on I-84.

Sept. 12

ELLINGTON, CT — A 17-year-old was charged with first- and second-degree criminal mischief after a vandalism incident at the Ellington High School fields.

VERNON, CT — Donnell Battle, 26, of Bristol, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation, operating a motorcycle without the proper endorsement, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and illegally carrying a firearm while under the influence after a crash on I-84.

WILLINGTON, CT — Sarah Sutter, 43, of Willington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident at the Rodeway Inn.

SOMERS, CT — Ira Flowers, of Somers, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.

Sept. 13

STAFFORD, CT — Jonathan Demers, 41, of West Brookfield, MA, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation after an incident on Main Street.

Sept. 15

TOLLAND, CT — Derek Griffiths, 28, of Tolland, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after a shoplifting incident at Big Y.

VERNON, CT — Keith Laraia, 35, of East Hartford, was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence, a lane violation and interfering with police following a crash on Interstate 84.
