Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests Made By Connecticut State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut state police out of the Troop C barracks.

Sept. 16

Nichole Blanchflower, 41, of Jaffrey, NH, was charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license after a driver was found unresponsive at a business on Route 30.

Sept. 19

VERNON, CT — Michael Jiles, 57, of Hartford, was charged with probation violation via a warrant issued by Rockville Superior Court.

STAFFORD, CT — Joshua Vesconi, 35, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace following an incident on Michalec Road.

VERNON, CT — Gary Shepard, 64, of Stafford, was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence and cruelty to animals via a warrant in connection with a crash on Interstate 84 in August.

Sept. 21

STAFFORD, CT — Tiffany Cahl, 27, of Monson, MA, was charged with reckless driving and interfering with police after a traffic stop and subsequent foot pursuit on Route 32.

SOMERS, CT — Mark Lorditch, 66, of Somers, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and violating a protective order following an incident on Main Street.

MANSFIELD, CT — Madeleine Greene, 19, of Mansfield, was charged with DUI with a blood alcohol level of .02 or greater while younger than 21, lane violation and third-degree forgery after a crash on Hunting Lodge Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Luann Naglak, 28, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance at a business on Old Stafford Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Jase Ramos Nunez, 35, of Willimantic, was charged with driving under the influence and a stop sign violation following an incident on Crystal Lake Road.
