MANSFIELD, CT β Makayla Joann Poirier-Vaughter, 22, of Uncasville, was charge via a warrant with third-degree identity theft, receipt from the illegal use of a credit card and sixth-degree larceny in connection with a car break-in on Mansfield City Road.

SOMERS, CT β Luis Martinez-Perez, 34, of Somers, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint in connection with an incident on Main Street.
STAFFORD, CT β Shelley Singer, 42, of Stafford, was charged with interfering with police and second-degree breach of peace after an altercation on Tolland Avenue.

STAFFORD, CT β Nicholas Provencher, 45, of Enfield, was charged via a warrant with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny in connection with a break-in at a local liquor establishment.
Oct. 22
ELLINGTON, CT β Darrell Collins, 57, of Vernon, was charged with reckless endangerment, evading responsibility, driving under the influence and a lane violation following an incident on West Road.
