Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests Made By Connecticut State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Sept. 16

MANSFIELD, CT — Bethany Andrews, 20, of Willington, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with police after an altercation on Middle Turnpike.

TOLLAND, CT — Mikael Arre, 31, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Buff Cap Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Emmanuel Ayuso, 35, of Willington, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, interfering with police and disorderly conduct after an incident at a hotel on Ruby Road.

Sept. 18

ELLINGTON, CT — Colleen Palumbo, 44, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a dispute on Minor Hill Road.

VERNON, CT — Anarelis Oliveros, 39, of Hartford, was charged on a warrant with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

STAFFORD, CT — Maureen Ennever, of Stafford, was charged with violating a protective order following a disturbance on East Street.

TOLLAND, CT — Devin Marsh, 24, of Tolland, was charged on a warrant with with violation of probation.

Sept. 21

ELLINGTON, CT — Craig Peterson, 43, of Leominster, MA, was charged on a warrant with first- and fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.

VERNON, CT — Ryan Barcomb, 30, of Hinsdale, NH, was charged on a warrant with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

ELLINGTON, CT — Richard Beben, 71, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence after a crash on Jobs Hill Road.

Sept. 22

ELLINGTON, CT — Brian Grabowski, 44, of Vernon, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny in connection with a series of larcenies in Vernon, Ellington and Tolland.

TOLLAND, CT — Shawn Laforest, 18, of Ellington, was charged after a dirt bike incident on Interstate 84 with driving an unregistered vehicle, traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving, failure to comply with passing on the right rules, failure to drive in the proper lane, a motorcycle face protection violation, operating a motorcycle without insurance and improper motorcycle headlamps.

Sept. 23

WILLINGTON, CT — Patricia Morris, 68, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on Old Farms Road.
