TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Oct. 16

ELLINGTON, CT — Brian Graboski, 44, of Vernon, was charged via several warrants with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny for incidents at the Big Y supermarket.

Oct. 18

VERNON, CT — Boris Soria-Plaza, 23, of Meriden, was charged with theft of plates, failure to carry a license and sixth-degree larceny after a stop on I-84.

Oct. 19

MANSFIELD, CT — James Horne, 37, of Willington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after an incident on Birch Road.

Oct. 21

SOMERS, CT — Stephen Lee Smith, 32, of East Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence, improper parking and interfering after state police intercepted a car blocking the northbound side of Shaker Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Brian Pratt, 57, of Torrington, was charged via a warrant with third-degree larceny and second-degree forgery.

ELLINGTON, CT — Edward Busher, 57, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Windermere Avenue.
