MANSFIELD, CT — Richard Simpson, 56, of Windsor, was charged via a warrant with evading responsibility and a lane violation in connection with a March 19 crash on Middle Turnpike.

VERNON, CT — Christoper Porto, 40, of Oxford, was charged with DUI with a child younger than 18 as a passenger, failure to drive in the proper lane and risk of injury to a minor after a stop on Hartford Turnpike.
