TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut state police out of the Troop C barracks.

TOLLAND, CT — Matthew Vining, 40, of Scotland, was charged with violating a protective order on a warrant.

Oct. 29

VERNON, CT — Jozel Agudo, 33, of Waterbury, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane and possession of a controlled substance (first offense) after a state police received a report about a car against a guardrail on Interstate 84 in the area of Exit 64-65.

Oct. 30

STAFFORD, CT — Jeffrey Spak, 63, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident on Park Street.
