TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

SOMERS, CT — Donald Stout, 37, of Somers, was charged with violating conditions of release.

TOLLAND, CT — Nezir Loga, 35, of Tolland, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct in connection with a cinder block being thrown through glass at a home in Tolland.

STAFFORD, CT — William Sewell, 26, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on a warrant.

SOMERS, CT — Leonard Vanwingerden, 78, of Somers, was charged with second-degree harassment on a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — Michael Montero De la Cruz, 34, of Tolland, was charged with reckless driving and making an improper turn after a traffic stop on Interstate 84.

ELLINGTON, CT — Jacqueline Mulcahy, 65, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on a warrant.

WILLINGTON, CT — Daniel Gilbert, 36, of Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence after a state police received a call from a driver on Village Hill Road who said his brakes were not working.

ELLINGTON, CT — Andrew Wnuk, 29, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a concrete mailbox was hit by a vehicle on Wapping Wood Road.

UNION, CT — Jose Torres, 34, of Bristol, was charged with violating a protective order after a traffic stop on Interstate 84.

MANSFIELD, CT — Jerome Hunter, 38, of Hamden, was charged on a warrant with violating a protective order and second-degree threatening.

MANSFIELD, CT — Sophia Jimenez, 31, of Willimantic, was charged with this-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace on a warrant.
