Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests Made By CT State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Nov. 14

STAFFORD, CT — Matthew Harrison Elenowicz, 32, of Stafford, was charged with four counts of failure to verify an address on the state sex offender registry.

Nov. 17

WILLINGTON, CT — William Robbins, 50, of Willington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault on a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — Makhi Harris, 23, of Meriden, was charged with registration and insurance violations, along with a protective order violation, and 22-year-old Varela Rios, 22, also of Meriden, was charged with a protective order violation after a stop on Interstate 84.

Nov. 18

MANSFIELD, CT — Charles Mills, 42, of Willimantic, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and the use of drug paraphernalia after a car crash on Riverview Road.

Nov. 19

MANSFIELD, CT — Cynthia Abele, 26, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance on Cedar Swamp Road.
