TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

WILLINGTON, CT — Gordon Coty, 56, of Ashland, ME, was charged on a warrant with second-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

WILLINGTON, CT — Ryan Montefusco, 28, of Windham, was charged on a warrant with evading responsibility, driving under the influence with a passenger younger than 18, a lane violation, driving without a license, risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment.

SOMERS, CT — John Belcher, 78, of Stafford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass after an incident at Sonny's Place on Main Street.

MANSFIELD, CT — Hector Raphael Cotto, 26, of Willimantic, was charged with disorderly conduct, public indecency and first-degree sexual assault on a warrant.

Dec. 17

VERNON, CT — Vernon resident Marque Holiday, 54, was charged with violating a protective order after a traffic stop on Interstate 84.

TOLLAND, CT — Elijah Bynoe, 18, of Randolph, MA, was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon and sixth-degree larceny after a crash on Interstate 84.

SOMERS, CT — John Belcher, 78, of Stafford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and failure to carry a driver's license after a complaint lodged by Sonny's Place on Main Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Amanda Rajewski, 29, of Stafford, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after a window was broken at a home on East Main Street.

Dec. 19

MANSFIELD, CT — After a traffic stop on Route 32, Robert Lee Bardelli, 63, of Lebanon, was charged with speeding (greater than 60 mph), driving under the influence and a lane violation.
