Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests Made By CT State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Dec. 20

SOMERS, CT — Robert Chester, 54, of Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order on a warrant.

SOMERS, CT — Joshua Rivera, 22, of Meriden, was charged with harassment and threatening, both in the second-degree, on a warrant.

STAFFORD, CT — Patricia Barillaro, 51, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on School Street.

VERNON, CT — Paul Oesting, 52, of Vernon, was charged with with engaging police in a pursuit, driving under the influence, reckless driving, falsifying a marker plate and insurance and registration violations following a speeding incident on Interstate-84.

STAFFORD, CT — Joseph LaChance, 29, of Ellington, was charged with violation of a protective order on a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — Oliver Castillocruz, 36, of The Bronx, NY, was charged with driving under the influence after sate police located a driver passed out in his vehicle on the shoulder of Interstate 84.

WILLINGTON, CT — Joseph Cosman, 21, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence, the illegal use of a marker plate and second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance on Tolland Turnpike.

ELLINGTON, CT — Joseph Bradley, 29, of Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence following a stop on Pinney Street.

STAFFORD, CT — A disturbance on Minor Road led to state police charging Ashley Crouse, 31, of Enfield, with disorderly conduct.

Dec. 25

ELLINGTON, CT — Carrie Rontier, 41, of Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence after a crash on Frog Hollow Road.
