STAFFORD, CT — Wendy Spak, 59, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation and driving while under suspension after a crash near Cooper Lane and Abby Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Jacqueline Mulcahy, 65, of Ellington, was charged with violating conditions of release, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Middle Butcher Road.

VERNON, CT — Miriam Olivo, 55, of Milbury, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane after a stop on Interstate 84.

Jan. 1

STAFFORD, CT — Luis Maldonado, 37, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive upon right and first-degree reckless endangerment following a crash on Route 190.

TOLLAND, CT — Kristen Long, 34, of Windham, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree identity theft on a warrant.
