TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

MANSFIELD, CT — Luis Orlando Garcia, 39, of Hartford was charged on a warrant with first-degree robbery, fourth-degree larceny, felony conspiracy, first-degree threatening, first-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace in connection with an armed robbery at the Ultra gas station last winter.

SOMERS, CT — James Folger, 29, of Somers, was charged with violating a protective order after state police investigated a suspicious vehicle at Camp Aya Po on Camp Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Joseph Miserendino, 34, of Ellington, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct on a warrant.

MANSFIELD, CT — Nicholas Lownes, 45, of Mansfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child and driving under the influence after a crash on Spring Hill Road.

SOMERS, CT — Lyle Solsbury, 47, of Danbury, was charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree larceny in connection with a break-in on School Street.

ELLINGTON, CT — Katrina Foreman, 27, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on a warrant.

WILLINGTON, CT — Richard Peowski, 64, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop on River Road.

Jan. 12

ELLINGTON, CT — Cory Brooks-Luginbuhl, 19, was charged with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief on a warrant.

Jan. 13

ELLINGTON, CT — Thomas Gonzalez, 38, of Somers, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint after a disturbance on Arbor Way.

MANSFIELD, CT — Dawn Semmelrock, 49, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence and second-degree reckless endangerment along with safety belt and lane violations on a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Gini Delgrandis, 23, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree arson and first-degree criminal mischief in connection with a fire at the local Masonic temple.

Jan. 15

MANSFIELD, CT — Corey Morgan, 35, of Ashford, was charged with driving while under suspension driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop on Route 44.

WILLINGTON, CT — Sean Christian McDonough, 27, of Mansfield, was charged with negligent homicide and failure to avoid a pedestrian collision in connection with a fatal collision between a pickup truck and a pedestrian in February.

STAFFORD, CT — Nereida Reyes, 25, of Springfield, MA, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree assault and disorderly conduct following an altercation on West Stafford Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Jackob Tate, 29, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence after state police responded to a man changing a tire in a Route 44 parking lot.
