Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests Made By CT State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Feb. 1

ELLINGTON, CT — Samantha Downer, 30, of Ellington, was charged with assault on a public safety officer, interfering with police, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on a warrant.

MANSFIELD, CT — Destiny Lawrence, 22, of Windham, was charged with six-degree larceny after a theft incident at a McDonald's in Mansfield.

Feb. 2

STAFFORD, CT — Eric West, 31, of Ellington, was charged with evading responsibility, a lane violation, following too closely, and interfering with police in connection with a crash on Diamond Ledge Road.

Feb. 2

SOMERS, CT — Patrick Casey, 32, of Springfield, MA, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault on a warrant.

Feb. 5

ELLINGTON, CT — Justin Nelson, 32, of Ellington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, after an incident on Charter Road.
